Thank you for choosing Isekaid Apparel. We work hard to make sure your order arrives quickly, safely, and with the quality your anime-inspired wardrobe deserves.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday).

Processing time may be extended during:

  • New drops

  • Holidays

  • High-volume restocks

You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We currently ship to United States only.

Standard Shipping – $5.00

  • Estimated delivery: 2–5 business days

  • Shipped via USPS Ground Advantage

Priority Shipping – $10.00

  • Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days

  • Shipped via USPS Priority Mail

Free Shipping – Orders $100+

  • Free Standard Shipping

  • Automatically applied at checkout

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or high order volume.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing:

  • Your tracking number

  • A link to track your package

  • Carrier information

Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after shipment.

4. Incorrect Address or Missing Information

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping information at checkout.

If your order is returned due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Missing apartment/suite number

  • Unclaimed delivery

You will be responsible for additional shipping fees to reship the order.

5. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked Delivered by the carrier, Isekaid Apparel is not responsible for:

  • Lost packages

  • Stolen packages

  • Delivery to the wrong address due to incorrect info entered at checkout

If this occurs, please contact your local USPS office for assistance.

6. Pre-Orders & Limited Drops

If an item is listed as a pre-order, the estimated ship date will be shown on the product page.

Orders that contain both in-stock and pre-order items will ship together unless stated otherwise.

7. Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship internationally.

United States only.
