Refund policy

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn

  • Unwashed

  • In original condition

  • Free of stains, odors, or damage

  • In original packaging (if applicable)

We do not accept returns on:

  • Worn or washed items

  • Items with signs of use (pet hair, deodorant marks, etc.)

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Gift cards

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Exchanges

If you need a different size, color, or product, please reach out to us at isekaidapparel@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery.

Exchanges follow the same eligibility rules as returns.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, email us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Please include:

  1. Order number

  2. A description of the issue

  3. Photos of the item

We will replace the item at no cost to you.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.
Please allow 3–7 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank.
